1 By purchasing the image/s you are entering a legal agreement between you and John Baker Photographer LLC and JayBee Stock.com, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

2  The rate invoiced permits one-time image rights in US dollars for the purpose stated by you the buyer at the time of purchase.

3  Do not attempt to license the image. If you would like to negotiate a special-terms license, contact us via email.

4  If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer as well as to you as a representative of your employer. Should you cease working for your employer, your employer may continue to operate under this agreement.

5a  Web use: The cost of images at 72 dpi intended for website use only, may be used for the life of one website only, and on every page if required. License is not granted for use on other websites or for further sale.

5b  All other media:  Images for all other media use are licensed on a one-time basis. You are not authorized to use the image for more than the stated purpose. The image may be relicensed by contacting John Baker Photographer LLC to write up new agreement.

6  You may not utilize the Digital Image/s, Software or disc in any manner that is not expressly permitted in this license agreement.

7  Except as specifically provided in this agreement: 1) no Digital Image/s may be shared or copied; and 2) you many not create a network of servers, either with or without a central location, which enables others to share the Digital Image/s.

8  Use of the Digital Image/s, or any part thereof, as a trademark or service mark is not permitted. Pornographic use, use that would be defamatory or libelous or use that is otherwise unlawful is prohibited. The Digital Image/s may not be used to deliberately insult or parody any person or entity.

9  No Digital Image/s may be sublicensed, resold or otherwise made available for use or distribution separately from the specific use for which it was originally licensed.

10  One copy of the Digital Image/s may be made for backup purposes only, but may be used only if the original Digital Image/s, or is destroyed or otherwise irretrievably lost.

11  You may not include the Digital Image/s in any electronic template or application, including those that are web-based, where the purpose is to create multiple impressions of an electronic or printed product, including, but not limited to, website designs, presentation templates, electronic greeting cards, business cards or any other electronic or printed matter.

12  In keeping with industry practices the licensee is asked to credit John Baker Photographer in small print near the published art in the publication, e.g. ‘Copyright John T. Baker/www.JayBeeStock’, or ‘photo © John T. Baker/JayBee Stock.com’.

13  John Baker Photographer LLC requests that at minimum, two (2) copies of the final printed piece be mailed upon printing to John Baker Photographer LLC located at: P. O. Box 939, Middleton, Idaho 83644, United States.

14  If the purchased image is for web use, John Baker Photographer LLC requests that a link to the page where the image has been used be sent via email here.

15  Publication/Printing/Production of the licensed image without proper copyright information or samples sent may be subject to additional fees.

16  Do we prosecute the unauthorized use of our images? The answer is yes.
